A television advertisement created for the Liverpool Arts Biennial, this piece asks the question "where whill you be this autumn?" in reference to the festival.
Through the powerful image of people staring at one, unified thing, the advert builds up anticipation until a climax which reveals the what the piece is advertising.

A grid that represents a day in my life through a series of small tasks I set myself during the day: not stepping on any cracks etc. Subtitled 'Procrastination is power, it centres on the mundane things that side track you when you should be doing something more constructive.

An interactive environment based on Macbeth by William Shakespeare. Chart the rise and fall of a warlord who murders and betrays his way to the Scottish throne. Explore the barren heath and make Macbeth King.

A plaything which revolves around an interactive drum kit. The user can explore the kit to develop playful and experimental drum sequences from a range of pre-recorded drum patterns.

An interactive piece that allows the user to navigate and explore two completely different typefaces inspired by the 1884 book ‘Flatland’ by Edwin A. Abbott. The user has the option of entering a 2D or 3D realm where they can then have some fun with, or simply enjoy, the two typefaces.

Type Visualization explores the possibilities of creating graphic images and shapes by layering type and playing around with various properties of the characters. You can choose which characters you play with and whether or not certain properties are altered. Creates really nice visuals.

Using Hoffman's poetry of 'Pauline and the Matches' I created my own models and converted them into an animatic. I also re-made my own version of the story, using my younger sister as the narrator of Pauline.

A short advert based around the slogan, love your fridge. Aimed to encourage viewers to look after their fridge and make it last. I have used collage to reinforce the recycling, environmentaly friendly message.

I created a hand drawn stop motion animation based on the character of Scout from Harper Lee's novel To Kill A Mockingbird. The animation shows jusy one side to Scouts personality.

Again I created a stop motion animation this time, using a model which I created. Using my model I animated it to show a different side of Scout's personality.

Based on Orwell’s 1984, this interactive examination is a theoretical test of people’s knowledge of the Newspeak language. It would supposedly be taken by ‘crimethinkers’ including the main character from the novel, Winston.

A short interactive piece in which users can interact with a photographic environment to uncover pieces of ‘wisdom’. Navigated by a dart board metaphor, users can enter different parts of an office working environment and explore its contents.
