Thanks for all the feedback so far! I've made some changes based on what people have said. I would be grateful if you could take another look now it's near enough completed.
Note: I know a couple of the .swf files are not working at the moment.
Thanks for putting up with me.
And don't be afraid to rip into the thing. I won't be offended.

I think with the menu bars theres too many links to get through. I prefer the smaller version of it. I think maybe under the interact link you should have the exhibits link first as this is what people will probably want to see the most.
Theres a lot of links everywhere. I like the Podcast availability. Need to see it complete really.
I prefer the second menu, with out the italic rollover at the bottom. Should the exhibits section be the last link on the interact drop down?
The idea of making podcasts for the festival is very good and it would be nice to see some of them.
On the splash page the bottom text that is within the grey box doesn't line up with the top columns of text (that's me being fussy) and needs a little bit more space between it and the text above.
The gallery section works well and is well thought out, however the links in the gallery section look like they could do with a bit more space between them, maybe change their colour to that of the upper navigation menu and get rid of the underline.
I think you have done a good job on your logo and over all branding of the festival the background grid works well when viewed on my screen and is well concieved.
As Carrie has said I think that there are too many links to get through, People would probably want to go straight to the interactive page to view the work. I am not too sure about the box outline which appears on rollover I don't know wether it works or if you need some sort of other rollover highlight like a colour faded out or something.
I like the background and your banner at the top of the page. The way you can get to the links is good but i dont like the way more links appear underneath i felt as though the page should have changed already. I like your exhibits page but do the links for the pieces have to be blue? The lighter blue on the other pages looked better.
Thanks for all the comments people! I have made a few changes based on your feedback:
> Underlines now gone from the exhibits pages.
> A new highlight method on some of the exhibit thumbnails.
> Cut down site size and reworked the navigation bar to accommodate this.
> Cleaned up navigation bar.
Any further comments would be appreciated.
Yeh the grid really suits your site dan, the layout looks alot more professional. I especially like the layout of other peoples work.
Also good idea about adding the info of your DVD, and attaching it to your blog, clever idea I might steal it!! haha x
you website promote it well with all infomation needed and most of your pages working well. on your exhibits page im just wondering if the hit EnTer image needed it there! and the layout of the text didnt work well at some point! (balance of the text i think)
Overall like a Pro job, you got a glad idea man!
GREAT IDEA MAN!!!
Your site look and works really well Dan. I like its clean and minimal approach as it helps the viewer focus on the exhibits. Also feel the use of columns on your pages are aesthetically pleasing and make it easier for the viewer to find information.
I think everyone's covered any issues you had, and the changes you've made (especially to the menu) have improved it a lot.
Very professional!
The podcast is now up! It's not very good but it's there. Any suggestions for additions?
