Here is the lost souls banner. Posted by Sam. As a test, to see if the gif works.

I think you need to adjust the size of your website as it forces unnecessary scrolling and spoils it. Try testing it through the browser shots website.

I think this looks a lot better than the original design. The pink and black is really bold and i think it looks better but not sure if it matches the name of the festival, lost souls.

I really like the logo and the banner! The picture on the homepage is cool too, really goes well with the title - pity it looks a bit JPEGged.

Using Flash there are always going to be problems with size and compatibility in browser resolutions. An idea might be to make the window smaller compatible for a smaller screen resolution and centre it on-screen.

The colour scheme is working quite well, the purple really 'zings'. On the whole I think this is working well - it's not overly complicated or overfacing.

the logo is cool yeh, like it alot. Nice to see some photographic images as well in a site...think they work well. Also like the fact that it is quite simplistic i.e. only 3 sections. If anything I'd try playing around with the layout of the work section.

Really like the re-work of the festival name/banner the colurs work really well. The site is easy to use and you can find the work straight away.

I really like the layout and use of black and pink really go together I reckon.

The pics are a bit big tho?

Re: Jon's comment about simplicity - there's a lot to be said for the smaller site that requires the user to do less clicking about. Let the work do the talking and the design be an accessory to it.

Nice minimalist site - makes the exhibits stand out for themselves. Really like your logo - reminds me of the Stereophonics website witch uses bold colours and text. Also think you've scaled down the window size which looks much better.

How come your pre-loader works and mine doesn't :(

Good stuff Ad!
