I like the 'skip intro' I had to scroll accross your page so i think its too big. What does it look like with the menu buttons placed underneath each other?
I like the way you have the option for flash or html, none of the others i have seen have this! I think the computer type face spoils it a bit because the rest of the site is original.
No matter what John Young might say, there's always a place for a black, red and white colour scheme. In this case it's working well.
Consider replacing the movie thumbnails with static JPEG ones, they are still loading after about five minutes on my system.
Finally, will there be somthing on the front page? It feels like it needs an animated gif or an image or other content.
There is a bit of a problem with the links bar, it's a bit bizarre, really. From looking at the HMTL coding I can't see what's wrong. Could be my computer. I'd ask Carole or somebody about this.
Also, beware spaces in filenames.

Do you mean the main page with the ketchup bottle and the links to the html or flash pages? Or the one after that? Those two pages still aren't finished completely I've been trying to sort out problems with the movies loading.
I love ya animations there funny and I think havin the option to use html/flash was a good idea. But mayb havin to menu positions is abit confusing, try keepin it in one place.
Can you get the website to load auto when the intro is done? I'm not sure about the way the buttons jump about. i got a bit lost. I like the intro and the options to skip and choose the html or flash version.
It's a nice idea having a html and flash option but as Dan said it does double your work load. Having these two options though could mean really going crazy in the flash version and pushing it to justify having two types of site so that there is a big difference in the users experience.
As everyone has said above I don't think the menu changing position works too well. The centred text looks a bit odd too maybe play with the layout of it some more
I think your brand is working well and I like your sketched characters it would be really good to see some rollover animation when moving over them seeing them move etc.
I've changed the links on the first page, any better? Still needs something else though. And I've changed it so the links stay in one place. Still can't get the movies to laod though.
i like the tomatoe bottle looks a lot better with all the detail. Also I really like the flash version rather than the html, but i think they both work well!

I wasnt able to view the flash site because i am using a pc at the mo without the software, this may be the reason I wasnt able to view the actual pieces of work in the frames?. Love the little doodles around the pages and the colour scheme works really well and follows your festival theme.

the alignment of your text didnt quite work well! it would work out well if you play with it a bit more!
you knew your top left corner drawed cartoon? do you think would it be nice if you try to make it blink when mouse rollover the menu link? using _root.mc action! ( just a thought )
oop! just dicovered something! you can just use one botton to navigated all your pages!
overall nice drawing especailly your skecth intro!

And yes, the Flash or HTML selection idea is good for your particular site, though it does mean you have to create it twice and maintain two sites :)
