I am not sure about the scrolling thing - dunno if it's personal preference but I like all my links in one place. I think this idea might have worked better in Flash. Consider making the scrollbars this way - then you could add some animated scrolling.
On my screen resolution, the thumbnails on the interactive page get squeezed to the foot of the page below the scrollbar.
The main logo font is good but the colour scheme reminds me of a generic Windows wallpaper.
For the thumbnails, there is an issue with resizing. Try resizing the image to the correct duimensions in Photoshop then importing them to Dreamweaver later.
I had a problem seeing the whole site but otherwise I like the colour scheme, its consistent. I think the scroll is a gd idea but it maybe it would look better done in flash as an animation.
Dan is on the money with trying to make the scroll bar in flash instead, I think it would be much more effective with animated scrolling, rather than clicking through .gif images.
Looking at your source it seems like the thumbnails and play button are supposed to be below the left hand side thumbs scroll bar, this doesn't make any sense as a layout to me, wouldn't it be more effective to have them next to the thumbs scroll bar?
Through your logo and colour scheme I dont really get a feel of what your festival is about. I think that making a much stronger screen presence with the typeface you use for your logo could really work to your advantage.
I think there needs to be more of a contrast between the bg and the font colours. maybe white. There seems to be some issues with the layout aswell. things either dont seem to be in the right place cos of my browser or the layouts a bit weird. If u did it in flash u could constrain the layout and animate those scrollers.
I think I agree with Carrie about the direction the scroller takes. I seem to be having a problem with viewing some of the pages I got so far and then nothing appeared. Maybe use another colour as Adam has said to break the title up more from the background. I like the other colours though and the font these reflect the festival name well
I kinda agree with the colour scheme actually, it looks abit common, no offence. Why dont u try red, as it might compliment the title??? Also I dont no if its just me or if u havnt uploaded it yet but I'm unable to see the contacts page or the festival page. I like the scroll tho, and I love the text, looks original. xxx

I like the idea of having the scrollers to display the work, it looks good. I would like to see more colour on the site to break it up a bit.
I think the scrollbar on the left is going the wrong way. When You press down I'd expect to see the bottom image go up :)
Was planning on changing that, thanx :P

Ash i had already changed the direction of the scroller before you put that comment. Now am confused as to what way the scroller should scroll???
