Seeing as everyone's posting their ideas in separate posts I thought I'd jump on the bandwagon here. Seems like a better idea as things are more organised - we can comment on each others' ideas separately.
But anyway, here are some ideas I've been working on, some rough, some more developed. I would be grateful if you could please pass comment on them, doesn't matter if you know nothing about Flash/Muio boxes etc, I would appreciate some feedback for the concept in this case, even if you aren't in the interactive group.

I like the first idea with the lift. I personally think that it is better than the others because it has more of a purpose. Its could almost be part of a 'get the fat uk bastards fit' campaign. You could have a few of them in different places like ones on the stairs saying "well done". Or on recycling stations or McDonalds.
The others seem more like they need something more. Either a more fun element or something, I dunno.
The lift idea looks and sounds good though.

Three of the ideas are realy good - the Lift, the Bus Stop, and the Blair Beating. In general im a big fan of the waiting for the bus / missing it setup, cos of the emotional response you would get from the user, but all three have nice uses of interaction. The way the user triggers the blair one is great too.

Which one are you drawn to?
Sam: I am leaning towards the bus stop one. It's got a point that most people would be able to relate to and it would be fun to make. Still thinking about how I might implement the thing though.
The lift idea also seems to be getting some good feedback so that's also an option and the comment you made about the Blair one has renewed my interest in it.

I also like all the ideas but my favourite is the lift idea I think, just because it can have a positive effect for encouraging people not to be so lazy. Also lifts are always boring and it is a talking point for those who decide to be lazy and get in the lift.
