After doing abit more research and thinkin what i would like to base my interactive enviroment on . I have decided to create a interactive enviroment on the poem 'The rose that grew from concrete' by 2pac . My aim is to create a orgainic enviroment which will be colourful and inviting. And as the user interacts with the elements in the 'garden' a rose will grow from concrete.

Is this song the version you're talking about or the whole album?
You don't usually associate rappers with 'poetry' and on first look you wouldn't think the poem would really suit a genteel, colourful environment. This seems to be the challenge with this idea and it will be interesting to see how you go about creating it.
Will there be any presence of the elements of the poem? For example, there could be audio readings of certain stanzas. There are also some good lines to create metaphors around: "It learned how to walk without havin' feet" seems a prominent one. The rose could walk around the environment, maybe.
On a deeper level it might be good to look further into the words of the poem itself - try and find some comments about it and what exactly it was written about/who it was written for. That might open up some new avenues for exploration.

I think you have picked a good poem and artist, its different. I like the visuals you have created so far but am not sure if the colours suit the theme of the poem. When i first read it i didnt picture a rainbow.
